Yay! Chrome 27 :-) Pages are indeed loading much faster. It also looks like the Action Box has been fixed, though it's still "Default" by default. Now bring on the update to Chrome Beta for Android (the Chromium Blog says this update also applies to that browser, too).
What is happened with omahaproxy?
Aaaand menu spacing is back to being huge again D:
Yep, giant menu spacing. Please make this adjustable... I'm sure it's great on a touchscreen, but let those who use a mouse make it compact (like the options in Gmail). Also, expanded Bookmark Bar folders with enough bookmarks in them, cover up the folders to their right. Keep expanded folder view below the bar.
What's with the black navigation bar gone on Google?
Foe 3 months now, still can't get/fix no thumbnails on new tab page.
add --disable-new-menu-style to your Chrome shortcut to get the old menus back without all the ridiculous spacing
The menu spacing is awful on a laptop. Please create a setting for a touchscreen spacing option and a mouse users spacing options.
Please make the menu spacing adjustable. It looks inexplicably horrible on a computer. Please, I don't wanna switch back to Firefox.
Couple things:1) Pages do load noticeably faster. I figured it was just saying that to make it look good on the release page, but pages legitimately load faster.2) I agree with the option to make the menu classically spaced, however as people posted above, the --disable-new-menu-style flag does work perfectly, so it's not much of an issue.I like this release so far.
How does one user the Samsung Series 3 Chromebook get this 'promotion'? Because I'm still running Chrome 26 ..
What's the deal with the thumbnails gone from the new tab page in Chrome 26 stable? I updated to 27 beta and this seems to have been fixed. Does anyone know what issue this relates to?
Please reduce the bookmark spacing to the old setting, way too big.
Anyone still wanting the old spacing back, just use the --disable-new-menu-style flag. It works. Really.
What is with Chrome having options that have to be set via a command-line flag? That is extremely limited given that Chrome is launched from a multiple of ways such as from clicking on a .URL file, clicking on a .HTM file, directly entering an HTTP address into the Run box, etc. So to change an option - we have to change that flag in multiple locations in .LNK files in our Start Menu and also search our registry and edit it at multiple locations such as HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\command ?All options should be able to be set via about:flags or read from some INI file so that they can be set from one location no matter how the Chrome EXE is launched.
Buenos días:Tengo un banner rotarivo en html colgado en mi web, y a partir de la última actualización de CHROME, este no se mueve. En explorer y en firefox sin problemas.
