Thanks for your hard work.Is there any ongoing work 3D browsing? Google earth experience for text and images within the browser. How about that for a revolution :)
Running rock solid as usual. Well Done! But 1 concern...Is there something with Epson printers and Google Chrome with the Print Selection section gray'd out?
My Chrome is working perfectly and faster!Chrome must confirm exit when two or more tabs are open!
Probably the wrong place to ask, but is it possible to get email notification when a new version is released, or when anything is published in this blog?Should I use RSS feeds? (I've never really used them...)
@Marcelo: Instead of interrupting exit, we've tried to make it easy to restore pages lost on shutdown. Take a look at the bottom right corner of the New Tab page when you start up the browser after closing it with lots of tabs open.@Fabio Turati: RSS feeds are what you're looking for.
Pkasting, Thanks for answer! It resolves too!
Welcome back, Chrome blue! Thanks for your hard work.
Excellent update -- but I miss the black bar background across the top... Easier to see the tabs :)
Noe that the release notes location for this release at chromium.org is inconsistent with past release notes. It is not under Dev Channel\Release notes but under dev\2-0-181-1. People looking at the release notes page for new notes will not get see them.Thank you for the hard work! :)PhistucK
Yeah is the link provided going to be the new release notes page? because it does not appear on http://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel/release-notes
Still throws random exception errors every time I close the browser.
Great work. I'm happy to see the blue navigation bar again.Unfortunately one thing is not working as it used to. I have the Gmail Checker extension installed, but now Chrome crashes every time I press the toolstrip to open Gmail.
but how to download 220.127.116.11 version?????
@Akshay As it says on the post -You can find out about getting on the Dev channel here: http://dev.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel.You have to switch channels (by default, you are either on the Stable channel (Chrome 1.X) or on the Beta channel (Chrome 2.0.172.X currently)). Read the aforementioned link to find out how.
thnx@dying for helping methis version works better.i m eagerly waiting for extensions and plugins:)
Can you guys fix the java crash for www.nseindia.com ?????????

Has anyone noticed THEMES under OPTIONS, MINOR TWEAKS. Has this always been there?
For those who miss the black title bar (as inconceivable as that seems to me) you should check out the themes for Chrome that are currently available online. Just search for Chrome themes and you'll find a whole selection of them. Many people have made Chrome themes with Black title bars.
Wow, Chrome is really coming along. What I would really like to see in the next release is integration with Google Bookmarks, as well as a Windows Mobile Version (compatible with Windows Mobile 5.0 for SmartPhones, that would be awesome!)
And yes, I also noticed the Themes section in the option box. There's an option to restore the default theme. It suspect it works (The only case of an inactive feature showing up in a dev release was the "exit Full Screen" link. The problem is, to my knowledge, there is no documentation of how to package a theme for the new extension framework. Using the current method of theming (replacing the Default theme file altogether) the option in the options box doesn't work, because Chrome now sees your new theme as the default.
i updated my chrome to ver 181.1 but my title bar is still black and i like it and i don't have themes option,
by the way I'm on Vista SP1
@Vic, the GMail Checker extension crash seems to be fixed in a current development Trunk version.Re: Themes, I *don't* recommend searching various Chrome discussion forums or themes sites for alternate default.dll themes, because that method is unsupported. Rather, the current work for Chrome themes looks like will be done for ver 2.1 (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/list?can=2&q=label:Themes) and then theme designers can create proper themes for Chrome.
@Vic: We've posted an updated version of the extension that doesn't crash.
Does anyone else have a YouTube search box on their most visited page?I don't know where it came from.
Hi boots,Thanks for the updated Gmail extension; I'm having the same issue with the Google Reader subscribe extension, would it be possible to update that one as well?
This update is not showing up for me. "About google chrome" under the wrench shows 18.104.22.168 and says chrome is up to date. Any ideas what's going on? I'm running windows xp. I've done the whole channel changer switch a number of times and still have the same problem
BUG IN 22.214.171.124My Chrome 126.96.36.199 has a bug when i drag a tab to reorder it!The dragged tab disappears!Vista 32 SP1
With versions 188.8.131.52 & 2.0181.1 I cannot use the "edit link" function in Gmail. Specifically, I cannot set the cursor in the edit web address field. Works with IE8. Anyone else have this issue? Chrome is by far the best browser I've ever used...thanks Google!!!
I also cannot use the "edit link" function in Gmail. Specifically, I cannot set the cursor in the edit web address field. Works with IE8.
which snapshot (build) is the matching equivalent to this Dev version?can you tell me, where to find a list of all applicable build numbers? For example I'd like to test also the Stable Update 184.108.40.206thanks :)
where can I download the snapshot for this release?
Thank you. A request:Which is command-line parameters of Chrome.exe? Could you report as offically in main site or inside package as commandline.txt file?Unfortunately, only there is exist:http://www.ericdlarson.com/misc/chrome_command_line_flags.html
Concerning my previous question about getting email notifications when a new version is released... Has the Chromium-announce mailing list (http://groups.google.com/group/chromium-announce) been abandoned? The last post there dates back to December 17, more than 5 months ago!
@Fabio Turati: the only way I have found to follow up on the updates, is by adding it to a feed reader, like Google Reader well if you want to do that, just add http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default to your reader.
same message as the one I posted on the 220.127.116.11 version:If any one got an email update, or sees the message before mine made by eda DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINKS it is spam, ad there is no way to delete it, but it may send you to a link with malware, consider yourself warned, this person keeps posting dumb things, creating different accounts, this time it was about fireworks, but seriously, they are so annoying!
