Chrome Beta for Android has been updated to 30.0.1599.50 and will be available in Google Play over the next few hours. This release has a number of crash fixes as well as the following fixes:
  • 293313: Device vibrates constantly while scrolling with selected text
  • 277955: NullPointerException in the tab switcher
  • 150151: Chrome for Android should vibrate on long press
Known issues:
  • 170673: Hyperlinked images - tap highlight doesn't cover entire image
  • 274432: [Tablets] First suggestion is auto selected when we scroll the window upward
  • 289768: [Android] Mobile Gmail compose page email fields do not work with Swype 3.26.*
