There needs to be a 'force update now' on chrome://help

That page says "up to date" however, this post says there is a newer release.

Here's my as-of-right-now chrome://help

Version 29.0.1541.3 dev
Platform 4287.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy
Firmware Google_Snow.2695.117.0

[x] Your device is up to date.

Refreshing that page acts as if it is querying the Internet for an update, but returns as above.
