The link for 226870: Add "+" for new tab to the left of the omnibox on phones (experimental) appears to be broken, can you correct it so I can read more about that change?

Animation for the tabs seem to be not as smooth as the previous Beta.

On Nexus 4 + Android 4.3

When will we see improvements in canvas performance? i'm running games in an GalaxyTab2 and fps still very poor (15/20fps). on Chrome for iOS(iPad2) i'm seeing 55/60fps. Why this huge difference?
