Beta Channel Update

The Beta channel has been updated to 28.0.1500.37 for Windows, Mac, and Chrome Frame, and 28.0.1500.36 for Linux.  Full details about what changes are in this build are available in the SVN revision log.

massive frame-rate problems in full-screen on youtube with the latest beta-stable version on linux. Chromium has no such problems... strange

its called a beta for a reason. there is some bugs they gotta fix.
