re: Why not Windows 8. We had a bug that prevented the browser from being launched that wasn't fixed in time for this Dev release, but only on Win 8. Rather than holding back this week's Dev channel release (first 29) we decided to hold back only the Win 8 push. We'll have a new Dev out next week (for all versions of Windows).

For those interested, here is the bug: https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=242889

Is it because you want to bring back the "--disable-new-menu-style" option?

Hint: BRING IT BACK!!

Mac doesn't find this version when checking for update. Was it pulled for the platform, and why if so?

Can you please do something about the comment spam here?

Also, no one even answered about what was the Mac hold-up.

I see this message:
"Display Instant results (Instant Extended is disabled)."
I can't turn on/off this feature. It may be disabled by default :(
