Again no update for Linux.

Update fixed the dodgy tab headings. Cheers guys! Also, this release was largely a bug fixing one which didn't occur under Linux.

This update seems to have broken some AJAX forms and things around the net.

Yep getting some broken things also. Some examples are The Verge comments have a error, Twitter doesn't keep scrolling when you go down, stuff on the razer store doesn't load: http://www.razerzone.com/store/razer-taipan

It seems that certain implementations of HTML insertion into the page never show up.

Unfortunately I don't know enough to help.

Searches in the omnibox just spin and spin and spin and never return anything. And they tend to cause that tab to become unresponsive and not close when hitting CMD+w or clicking the 'x' icon on the tab. Ugh.

Going directly to a URL works... which means that I have to go to google.com in order to search.

UGH.

Using Chrome 28.0.1469.0 dev on Mac OS X 10.7.5.

Agree with most of the comments here.
Also notice Chrome crashes more often than the previous build.

Why did the number of tiles on the new tab screen shrink to 4?
