My own Samsung ARM Chromebook says it is up to date but is still only running version 23 of stable. I have not been able to make it update so far. Any solutions?

Hello, Does this version of Chrome OS support Web RTC? If not, is there a plan to implement it in the near future?

Version 25 gives my some troubles when connecting to internet on my Samsumg ARM Chromebook: the browser refresh constantly and send me to the Google search page.
On the other hand, the browser runs perfectly on Incognito Mode or when I log in as a guest.
Any solutions? THANKS!!
(Sorry for my english)
