Omnibox not working at all.

Also when you type to search in the address bar, it doesn't work at all and just opens a new blank tab.

Was hoping that the blank notifications are fixed.

Read the known issues: "Black menu doesn't appear on google.com"

Why does my install of this om my iMac have the traditional NTP and Omnibox drop-down, but my install of the same browser version, same platform, on my MBP has a NTP with Google logo and only 3 thumbs and a different Omnibox UI?

If you go to Users\\appdata\local\google\chrome\user data\ and delete the file "certificate revocation lists" it should fix your omnibox issues. It did for me at least. I've had this issue a few times in the past.

I watch streams on tvpc.com and with some of them in Chrome the volume cannot be turned up and down and other buttons like full screen won't work either but things work fine on other streams.

From what I can tell it depends on if they are embedded by iframe or using the script method.

This started on the Beta version, so I went back to the Dev version and it didn't do it. Now the Dev and Canary versions are doing this.

Firefox was doing this also but has now stopped. I haven't tested anything in IE because I can't find an adblocker for it.

These issues go on with adblockplus enabled and disabled.

What is the story with the G+ Hangout?

I can't use any of the google effects on it, doesn't make sense.

Thank you.

Not sure what problems people are having with the Omnibox (they must be on windows) i think this is the best dev release in a while.

I love the new audio tab animation!

With the build on Arch Linux after a short time most clicks do nothing and all new tabs are blank. Had to switch to a different browser just to write this comment!

It has been noted to reset Chrome browser when opened from sleep state, also the top address bar and bookmarks are lacking color and definition?, sorta like an 8-bit b/w version... How can we stop an update from happening?, as I was in the middle of typing when my Chromebook decided to update the Dev..??, I always assumed updates were in control of the user not under Googles control..

i'm having huge problems with this release on a fedora core 18 box (64 bits, kept up-to-date). hard to characterize other than 'hangs frequently in different ways'. e.g. opening a new tab will work but the 'most visited' icons do not show up. manually entering a URL does not bring up the specified web page. it just hangs. exiting chrome leaves stale processes. killing them by hand leaves one process spinning in a futex loop. 'kill -9' works on that process. hard to make it happen deterministicaly but it happens *frequently*.

Debian 7 x64 new tabs not working at all, render problems in plugins menus and pages (fonts didn't rendered). Switched to beta. :/

When I start my PC and invoke Chrome, my last session is restored in a Chrome window. Then a 2nd Chrome window launches with a single tab at the NTP. Win8 x64.
