Made me think I lost all of my user settings when the update finished. When Chrome restarted, it had me signed in as a user named Slice. I had to click on the icon in the top left corner and change it to first user, to get back to where I left off. ~Windows 7 Ultimate x86/32 Bit~

I'm back to 1403-dev. Because scrollbars is missing.

It seems that "--disable-sync" crashing has fixed but "Sign in to Chrome" text still exist in right top of new tab page.

Suggestion:

Would you add a 'No extensions mode' via right click context menu to a web site, so we can disable extensions temporarily on some sites. It is annoying that sometimes we have to disable or uninstall some extensions just because we think they might be interfering with the normal behavior of some websites.

Thanks by advance. Hope you consider it.
