This is probably not the right place to send feedback about the chrome pages but there does not appear to be anywhere to actually send feedback.

My situation is as follows:

I have two machines, one Windows machine and one Linux machine. Internet explorer on the Windows machine is not working so I was thinking about installing chrome on it. I go to my Linux machine and go to the google chrome download page. I can only download for Linux. I search some more and find a page for the alternate offline windows downloader. "Great" I think to myself as I click on download the installer, but it takes me back to the same download page where I can only download for Linux.

As I am not able to download Chrome for Windows without having a working browser in Windows I will be downloading Safari.

Have a nice day, and writing code to try to be fancy usually results in code that fails to do the simple things.

Agree, but try downloading from Download.com:

I have the same problem and agree with the OP. Users aren't smart enough to choose their own download so you make it easy for them and don't offer any alternative at all, just makes it impossible for everyone else who different needs.

Screw you chrome team, I installed firefox instead.
