- Updated Pepper Flash version to 11.5.31.140
- HTML5 Content Decryption Module (CDM) with WebM support
- Improvements to network notifications shown (170011)
- Fix to device freeze when tab pressed at login (169956)
- Fix to allow Chrome Office Viewer to open files containing % or spaces in the name (168341)
Known Issues:
- 172749 - For Samsung Series 5 Chromebooks, a sync error prompt doesn't pop up for account with custom passphrase

Please, guys - Why don't you update the Google Talk plugin in the ARM Chromebook?! You have been pushing both that Chromebook and Hangouts very hard lately. All the more embarrassing that it is running a very ancient version of the Google Talk plugin. Several Hangouts apps just don't work because of this
On my ARM Chromebook...the Ctl-M shortcut combination does not minimize any windows?
I echo Techlink's comments about Ctrl-M on the ARM chromebook.
Also, what does the "Updated Netflix plugin" mean to the end user? I tried Netflix and it didn't work.
