Another Update? You've got to be kidding. . .The only thing keeping this daily updating in the amusing camp and not the annoyingly unacceptable, is at least with these updates we aren't required to reboot the computer like Windows updates do.So let me guess, Mondays daily update will be:The Beta Channel has been updated to version v18.875.44324.97660 This release contains a change to the Chrome logo. The bright red in Chrome logo has been updated to ruby red. Full details about what minor changes are in this build are available in the SVN revision log.
Cool out Steve...---I, for one, can't any beta release beyond .129 - by auto update or download. ??
Spot on Steve, this is a joke, but you have to laugh!!!!!
They been working on reducing the memory and stability issues which from what I can tell do not show up at times during the developing stage. You have to remember there are millions of people who are using the beta channel so it likely that more issues will arisePlus p2own event was 2 to 3 weeks ago which found some major bugs they had to fix.If you don't like it Steve then go to the release channel I like the fact they are taking the time to make it right.
Steve...Why don't you move to the stable channel ?I would like 2-3 updates that fix bugs, each day.
I have one PC and one Chromebook on Beta. I have one older laptop on Dev Channel.I'm certainly aware of the existence of the Stable Channel.Note above I characterized myself as amused. And as Chrome auto updates, daily updates are causing me no functional grief. But this is a blog where Google has asked for feedback. Thus I am offering my feedback; not on how it affects me personally, but on the recent changes in approach and the impression (feedback) it leaves with us the public. If Google only wants to hear praise and pats on the back they should make a note on the blog saying, blog replies will be censored to only show glowing awe and praise for Chrome.Absent that, I am simply expressing my current impression.---------------------@ Liverpool - Thus why earlier this week I offered the suggestion that Google Chrome Team put a shout out on their G+ page asking for more Dev Channel volunteers.------------------------- P.S. In the spirit of fairness, please scroll back through this blog over the past year. You will find many posts from me expressing kudos to the Chrome Team.
I usually thought of having meaning and pronunciation of any English word at my fingertips. Word can be anywhere from web-page to word document to your email. WordWeb is one such desktop dictionary software for Windows which look up words with single click in almost any program.More information visit our website :- http://www.goospoos.com/2010/01/wordweb-free-english-desktop-dictionary-for-windows/
Love the constant updates! I'm still seeing the occasional crash when on G+ and switching to my G+ Business page. I get the header, my own profile picture and the frame lines but no content, then I have to close and restart the browser or kill the tabs.
Good Posting, Every one can learn something. Best Regards,CEO of http://makemakingmoney.net/make-making-money.html
