In the last 2 dev channel releases, the popups for extensions (for me, Google Reader Notifier and Neat Bookmarks) don't close after I click on an item in the popup window. The popup used to close when I clicked somewhere on the chrome of Chrome.
Also, in this release single letter search engine keywords don't seem to work. It's just a preceding letter entered into the default search engine string. Multiple letter keywords seem to work fine.

I'm the above post from Unknown. I think the extension popup problem is issue 110600 (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=110600&q=is%3Astarred&colspec=ID%20Pri%20Mstone%20ReleaseBlock%20Area%20Feature%20Status%20Owner%20Summary).

Unknown again. I think the problem with single-letter keywords is only for certain letters. For instance, "d" and "w" don't work for me. But "c", "e", "x", and many other do. And while "d" doesn't work, "da" does.
