Dev Channel Update for Chromebooks

The Dev channel has been updated to 17.0.963.27 (Platform version: 1412.64) for Chromebooks (Acer AC700, Samsung Series 5 , and Cr-48).

Highlights:

  • Pepper flash: release 11.1.31.209
  • Stability improvements
  • File Browser improvements

Three-finger (and two-finger) click seems to be fixed, since my experience on my Acer AC700 seems to contradict the comments on the previous Dev Channel release. Also noticed great speed improvements, and Flash seems to work fine for me (Pixlr in particular is written almost entirely in Flash, and there are no noticeable flaws).
