Is the new flash-plugin coming to the dev-version soon? And is this update with Gala for MACOSX10.6?

How about an update to the Beta channel? We need updated flash player too since it patches critical bugs. Stable has now surpassed beta version on #'ing

Yeah what's up with that, Stable ahead of Beta?!!!
If that's the way of the future what's the point of using the Beta version.
Am I missing something?

And I hope the Beta channel isn't being updated yet with the new Flash because the next update to the channel will include the new Chrome UI.

It's been a while since we last had a Chrome beta update.

Bring us that border-less toolbar icon UI pronto, por favor.

Update also the beta channel, or a bigger update is pending for the beta?

This has happened before. Dev and Beta will catch up. Dev and Beta will continue to have later changes, don't worry. This is only exceptions that happen every once in a while. Not often.

Same thing here, @ArdizZ. Chrome is saying .125 is the latest version on Snow Leopard.

My wife says thank you! She can play Farmville in Chrome again instead of switching it IE. Some things are important.

update problem with Ubuntu

Form apt-get update (in italian):

I'm having the same problem as XxxxxX in that Ubuntu is refusing to get package updates. I tried reinstalling from the .deb, getting the key from Google's site, but nothing works. I'll try a reboot but I doubt it will help.

Magdalena Fabrykowska-Młotek said...

Same here. I've tried removing and adding the key again, but it didn't work. I still get BADSIG error :(

Same i got the error message in Ubuntu 10.04.

W: A error occurred during the signature verification. The repository is not updated and the previous index files will be used.GPG error: http://dl.google.com stable Release: The following signatures were invalid: BADSIG A040830F7FAC5991 Google, Inc. Linux Package Signing Key

That's interesting. I'm using Kubuntu 10.04. So far I've removed the key again. I will see tomorrow if cron.daily will import it again (as it should).

Strange! 5.0.375.99 is last stable for Linux.

Linux stable has been updated from 5.0.375.125 to 5.0.375.99. :-( Please correct update the file google-chrome-stable_current_i386.rpm. No plan to release numbered install files?

It would be nice if Chrome would stop crashing my Windows 7.
Happens all to often and happens when I start Chrome.... it just stops responding. Maybe time to revert back to another browser if this issue is not fixed.

Shimon said...

The new flash version crashes 5 times a day and slows the browser every once in a while. If this keeps going I think I'm going to stop using the internet.

bongobongo said...

Chrome version 5.0.375.126 keeps freezing my Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

When it happened yesterday all my tabs where gone and Chrome had forgotten that I wanted to remember my previously opened tabs.
Another weird thing is that if I log out of my yahoo mail account and afterwards try to login again: The password is entered automatically by Chrome.

Please chrome developers:
THE CRASH ISSUE HAS TO BE FIXED ASAP!
