Canary was updated to 7.0.500.1 but I don't see a changelog anywhere. Any information on that?

Alexandre said...

It is now almost in Portuguese, except by the Chrome's Windows Shell files descriptions and context menu options that still in English.

Thank you for fixing the other problems

LastPass is now working on 7.0.500.1 canary build.

@Wes, Canary builds don't have changelogs. They are just more frequent periodic builds from Trunk.

To find out the SVN changes in the latest Canary, use this link:

I am confused about the beta channel and developer channel release. On tuesday you had released The Dev channel 6.0.495.0 for all platforms.

And today you have released Beta channel 6.0.472.41.

So which one is the latest??

Was the toolbar gray color lighten? It somehow looks different, in a good way, than the previews release.

@The Storyteller: The version numbers you noted are the current release versions for their respective channels, it just depends on which channel you're on: Stable, Beta or Dev (or Canary).

so what's with Chrome and flash on 64bit systems? there's a lot of flash based content out there that just doesn't work and you have to switch to IE tab extension or different browser altogether. is that ever going to be fixed?

Please guys, bring back the 'Go' button, or at least give the option to have it back in the UI (a checkbox to activate it in the Options window won't hurt anyone ;) ).

Thanks guys...

I have added some to my Linux 472.36 can't get to 472.41 but i will try all that gpu....on 495 from W.

Wish me luck...

Why does the beta is Grey instead of Blue?

Mitch said...

I like the Full Screen and Zoom functions on the Tools Menu. But Copy, Paste, and Cut?

Why are they needed there? Who would use it?

Cute Farmer said...

@Mitch, that's for the future Chrome OS Tablets with touch screen, I guess.

So what happened to .41 for Ubuntu?

George Tinari said...

I would really appreciate it if "http://" was shown in the URL bar. I agree with the option for a Go button as well in Options. Oh and Extensions should be in the main menu instead of being buried under tools. Other than that, keep up the good work!

RC said...

No... I like the lack of the "http"... makes it all much simpler.
I also like the disappearance of the "go" button... =D
So, make all the changes optional in a menu.

Cute Farmer said...

@George Tinari, Chrome has already provided easier access to the Extensions page on the Toolbar. Just right click on any one extension logo on the Toolbar and "Manage extensions...".

http://www.google.com/landing/chrome/beta/ says 404 not found.
Where can I download the beta release?
Why don't care about these fcking servers? Some weeks ago the extension server was misconfigured for a week...

kikke said...

Found it: http://www.google.com/chrome/eula.html?extra=betachannel

Fix that redirect, it doesn't appear in the results of googleing the "chrome beta" keywords.

On Mac, bookmark folder bookmark spacing is still way oversized, and you can't fit many in a folder going out the screen.

Wasted 20 mins of my life,
1.Copy and paste Crash!
2. Just try to type in Search Crash!
3. In ten minutes I couldnt find anything that wouldnt crash it.
I uninstalled and went back to the peoples version~

Waiting patiently for a new Dev release that will allow users to be able to use lastpass again. I was enjoying using the Dev version until this incident with lastpass not working occurred, and it's been since at least Aug 13th since this issue was first reported.
