The Google Chrome Beta channel for Windows has been updated to 4.1.249.1030.

This release fixes a few UI and installer issues:

Still there's no option for translation feature.
I think "Disable translation" checkbox and "Remove exceptions"
button are required at least.

i agrre please make buton disable translation ( or in options somwhere) beucase i dont have another bar on my screen

I frequently visit English sites as a foreigner myself, and was pretty annoyed by the translation bar at first, but I don't think it's an issue anymore after disabling it for that language. However, enabling a disabled bar would be more interesting to me.

Every time I open a new page or tab I have to refresh the page to get it to load. This is happening on my laptop running Vista 64 and on my desktop running XP 32.

One more vote for 'disable translation feature at all' option. Staying at 4.0.249.89 dev (38071) for now.

Sweet looks like flash's annoying scroll bug is fixed!

Well, the scrolling flash bug is not fully fixed. But it is much better WAY better then it was before. You can reproduce this by very quickly upon scrolling a while flash content is loading. Screenshot: http://picasaweb.google.com/113119392577959187389/BugReports?feat=directlink
