The "´" strings don't show up on my menu anymore (spanish version).
With my theme activated I see this glitch everytime: (short imageshack link) http://img30.yfrog.com/i/pruebam.gif/

Same old story.
When I click on comments link on this site, popup window doesn't get the chosen theme's style (it gets default theme's style instead).

I would like a little improvement to stable version. In Finnish version when you open the chrome's task manager, the memory (in Finnish "muisti") column is too short and you have to always widen the column to see how much memory each process is using.
The problem is purely aesthetic but it would help a lot if you would see right away the memory comsumption. Now, because the too short word, the column is also too short. Could you example define minium width to the column.

I'm the one with the "theme" problem. I switched back to "no themes" and then my theme again, and it looks OK now. :))

When I'm in "Incognito" mode, my downloads doesn't show up in the downloads page. This problem has been around for a very very very long time... I know its beta and all but come on... its the most important UI feature. Everytime I press Ctrl+J, I'm greeted with a blank downloads page... can you please repair this?

I've commented on issue 16072, the short answer is that actions in incognito mode aren't intended to be recorded in any history (download or otherwise). This actually isn't a bug, it's working as intended.
