Beta Channel Update

The Windows Beta channel has been updated to 3.0.195.17.


More stability/ bug fixes pertaining to the New Tab page, the omnibox, video tag, and themes support.


You can install the current Beta channel release from http://www.google.com/intl/en/landing/chrome/beta/.

Gosh, the new color of marked omnibox suggestions is killing my eyes! Please turn that off, return to previous color scheme.

Also, you must let the user turn tips on the New Tab Page off. Can't figure out how to do that now.

This version feels a lot smoother keep up the good work! also when will the stable version of Google Chrome 3 will be released?

The theme "gradient" is nice, but its really hard to read the URL from the links (the url that appears down, when you point a link).

Pls, anything to do with the way we download files? Im still making downloads with Firefox. I think it should like that browser, not on a tab.

Sry if i explain myself bad, or english mistakes.

I agree, the colors of the address bar are not the best ones. The selected link is hard to read.

where is 3.x stable version?
in a few months the installer will be bigger than 20 mb and still ll be worse than firefox? sorry I understand that is under development like all in google, always beta, beta forever ugh!
Can wait firefox 4.
i like google chrome BUT firefox still the best browser.
