Hello, nice release :) ... You could include spell checker like in Google Wave :)
There's one problem with this release, I reported bug with "control current page" -> "Report bug" option from Google Chrome.
The problem is,... Task manager will not show up ... :/
Please fix this, this is a very nice feature of Google Chrome...
Keep up good work with Chrome. I'm one of many very satisfied users :)
p.s.: I really wanna work with Googlee :D

Would you add a button "Reset To Defaults" in the option menu.
As for now it's only available for the "Advanced" Menu.
I would like it to restore all the options as for a clean new install (Including Search Engines for instance).
Thanks.

As mentioned above, there are issues with 'inspect element' and 'task manager'.
I am quite happy that restore to default is hidden away in advanced settings so that I don't accidentally click it in the quick options menu.
I would like the escape key to exit full-screen mode (in addition to F11). That's what it does in a lot of other applications, and is what I would expect when I hit escape in full-screen Chrome too.
Great job guys, thank you :D

The Downloads page doesn't work for me. After I close the page of the download, I realize that the Downloads page is blank. Even though the download is still going, there is no way to tell the progress.
BTW, I still couldn't post this comment with this version.

I still don't get it ... I've done everything possible and I am still not able to get chrome to update automatically. Channel changer, uninstall, clean install etc.., Still doesn't work. Any ideas? I guess I can just keep manually updating.

I'm still getting the same problem. When I type in a search query in the address bar (e.g. games) and press "Enter" for the browser to automatically search my entry using my default search engine, the URL in the omnibox has 2 "http", resulting in me unable to search using the omnibox. Is it just me, or is it a bug?

Greasemonkey script doesn't work! Is there any change for locating the script file?

not all greasemonkey scripts work....JackTang, this is one of the major issues I have with chrome right now. either
1) allow ALL greasemonkey scrips
2) allow add-ons so they can make a greasemoneky one

@Ben: Thanks for your reply!!
I know not all scripts can be used in Chrome, but some scripts which work fine before 3.0.183.1 can not work in 3.0.183.1.
So I'm wondering if there is any change about the Greasemonkey function in Chrome? Could I use those scripts again in 3.0.183.1?
Thank you!

Strange occurrence in latest stable version.
When I check for updates, it informs that a new version is available. But it is not able to install, just stays with "installing new version" message.
And there is no mention of a new stable release here, so.. must be a bug?

Since which release have we been able to search our history, not just the page titles, but the actual contents of the pages we've visited in the past?
I just discovered this feature today and it rocks, hard, very hard! Thanks Google!

I just want to ask: why is it that Chromium is so unstable, with so many irritating bugs taking days (or weeks) just to get noticed by the devs? I know it's an unstable preview release, but compared against Minefield, Chromium is just unbelievably buggy.

@JackTang @Ben, I think scripts aren't loading at all. I have a number of scripts that I know worked with chrome, and as far as I can tell they're just not loaded now.
Was the command to enable them changed or something?

When I use custom search engines, the last letter or two letters of the query is often "swallowed"! It just disappears. Sometimes.
Otherwise, this is clearly a less serious bug than the recent ones that have been fixed.

This version worked fine for me for about a day, but coming home and hooking up to a different LAN, chrome takes at least a minute to start showing anything. I just have a very slow spinning 'hourglass' in the tab, and an empty page. In the end it does connect though. It is not related to any one specific website: I opened 10 sites in tabs, and all tabs refused to load anything for at least a minute. A restart of chrome doesn't fix it: I needed to wait 3min for google.com to appear. CPU activity is low. Maybe relavant, I don't see any status info ('waiting for google.com' etc). I went from a 1600x1200pixel display to 1024x768 - maybe that's the problem? Closing chrome normallyseems to go OK, but starting it gives me a 'chrome didn't shut down correctly' bar. -Joe

Hi,
I noticed the history only contains one entry per site visited. If you visit a site twice, you only see your last time visiting it in the history.
So:
1. Surf to www.google.com
2. Surf to www.chromium.org
3. Surf to www.google.com
4. Look at your history.
Is this a bug or feature?

If no one else complains about the forgotten last characters in the omnibox, it's just because all of your are slow typers! ;-)
The issue has been reported as Issue 13491 and 13555 in the Chromium bug pages.

I must admit, this is by far the most unstable development release (3.0.183.1)I've seen yet. It is very buggy and crashes constantly. It even crashes just by closing the application.
This weeks update can't come soon enough!

My user script (for Adsweep.org) is no longer working on this version.
Also, I'm still waiting for Google to implement a "bookmark viewer" (like its competitors) :(

what do you mean by "bookmark viewer"? There is something like that in Chrome. CTRL+SHIRFT+B

I noticed that the omnibox has changed. There are new icons next to the items to indicate whether its a bookmark or history item. But the annoying change is the name of the website or bookmark assigned does not appear first. It shows the url first and then the name of the bookmark/site (ex: www.google.com - Google) rather than the reverse like it used to be. Often times, if the url is too long, the name cannot be seen.
